Peanut Butter M&M Cookies

A classic combination of peanut butter and chocolate, these cookies are sure to satisfy your sweet tooth. 

1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened  1/2 cup granulated sugar  1/2 cup packed brown sugar 

 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter  1 large egg  1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1  1/2 cups all-purpose flour  1 teaspoon baking soda  1/2 teaspoon salt  1 cup M&M'

Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Cream butter and sugars: In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. 

 Add peanut butter and egg: Beat in the peanut butter and egg until well combined.  just combined.Mix in dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until

 Fold in M&M's: Gently fold in the M&M's.  Bake: Drop by rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

Cool: Let cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
