Quick Gluten Free Pizza Dough

Want a gluten-free pizza night without the fuss? This quick and easy dough recipe is perfect for a weeknight dinner. 

Ingredients:   1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour   1/4 cup cornstarch – 

  1 teaspoon baking powder   1/2 teaspoon salt

   1/4 cup olive oil    1/2 cup warm water

Instructions: 1. Combine dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt.

   Add wet ingredients: Stir in the olive oil and warm water until a dough forms.    Knead: Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 1-2 minutes, or until smooth.

Rest: Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let rest for 10 minutes. 

Roll and bake: Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Place it on a greased baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown. 

Tip: For a crispier crust, bake the dough on a pizza stone or preheated baking sheet. You can also add your favorite toppings before baking. Enjoy your homemade gluten-free pizza!
